As part of our continuous improvement activities, we are pleased to announce that we will be hosting regular one day Project Management courses An absolute must for anyone considering self build for the
first time, the day will cover three main themes… Attendees will take away a comprehensive Project Management information package which will include a specially prepared interactive CD containing templates and prepared spreadsheets to assist in both your project planning programme and your cash flow forecasting. There will also be members of the experienced Potton self build team and guest Potton approved project managers on hand to assist throughout the day.
